Separate page photos from ordinary pictures
Choose only the images that belong in the document. Screenshots, duplicate captures, and unrelated camera-roll images are easy to include accidentally when selecting a large batch.
Sort by intended reading order, not necessarily by the time each photo was taken.
Normalize the pages
- Rotate every page upright
- Crop away the desk while keeping all page content
- Use consistent color or grayscale treatment
- Check that small text is sharp
- Avoid upscaling a low-resolution photo

Choose PDF or separate images
PDF is usually better for forms, records, and multi-page submissions because it preserves sequence. Separate JPEG or PNG files are better only when the destination explicitly expects images.
If a portal rejects the PDF size, compress a copy after confirming the full-quality source.
